2019 will open the door to new consumption scenarios and paradigms. They are the first signs of a profound change that will influence the way in which people will choose brands, products and services in the future. At present, the driving forces of the current market, dominated by authenticity (understood as naturalness, hyper-personalisation and uniqueness) live alongside new consumption models that favour contamination, transformation, rupture, fiction, surrealism or hyperreality, in a continuous interplay between time and space, between the search for the self and overcoming limits.
