Hospitality is one of the most vulnerable sectors when it comes to data threats, due to the highly desirable nature of the information it processes: guest names and contacts, cards, passports, as well as emails and passwords used for Wi-Fi access.

Data will be a more-than-ever strategic resource in creating a competitive advantage for hotels’ business; therefore data must be managed and protected at best, facing the risk of losing credibility and heavy penalties related to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May.

With a minimum economic effort, besides offering a high performing and protected connectivity, it will be possible to collect data in a transparent and correct way to improve services offered to customers and ensure guest satisfaction, positive reviews and... complete facilities.
