Terms and conditions
"SIAGUEST 2016” means an event organized by Rimini Fiera S.p.A. – TOURISM&TRANSPORT BU.
The project includes the participation to the workshop (October 13th–15th 2016) for a group of selected buyers.
"Delegate" means in the present document the buyer who is invited by Rimini Fiera S.p.A. - TOURISM&TRANSPORT BU
The Delegate agrees to attend the SIAGUEST 2016 program: business sessions (13th -14th October 2016); official functions and site inspections arranged for them.
Travel & Accommodation arrangements
The participation as Delegate includes:
ONLY FOR FULLY HOSTED: Return Flight from the scheduled airports to Bologna airport (the dates are fixed).
Transfers: bus transfer from/to Bologna airport to the assigned hotel on 12th October and 15th October. Transfers from/to hotels to the fairground and from/to events' locations (12th -15th October 2016).
Accommodation: Accommodation in single room b/b basis. SIAGUEST 2016 will not be responsible for extra room costs incurred during the stay. Any room upgrades will be solely at the discretion of the hotel management.
Individual visa requirements will be the sole responsibility of the Delegate including any necessary costs incurred.
3. Loss of Baggage
Whilst SIAGUEST 2016 staff will try their utmost to aid and assist, any delay or loss of baggage will solely be the responsibility of the airline and any subsequent dispute shall be directly between the Delegate and the airline.
4. Permission Entry to Italy
SIAGUEST 2016 will not be responsible if the Delegate is refused permission to board the aircraft or is refused entry to ITALY.
Registration & Participation
5. Registration Form
Each Delegate will be asked to fill in the registration form and to send the Terms & Conditions to SIAGUEST 2016 staff.
Each confirmed participant will honor a min. of 12 appointments in SIAGUEST agenda. The appointments are prefixed.
6. Cancellation Policy
In case of last cancellations (for emergency) and NO SHOWS: the cancellation fee is of 300,00 euro.
7. Change of name Change of name is not permitted.
8. SIAGUEST 2016 Responsibilities
SIAGUEST 2016 accepts responsibility for any death, bodily injury or illness caused to the Delegate as a result of the proven negligent acts and/or omissions of its employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors and their servants and/or agents while acting within the scope of, or in the course of their employment. SIAGUEST 2016 also accepts responsibility for any damage caused to the Delegate as a result of his or her attendance at the Exhibition, except where the act or omission causing the damage is not SIAGUEST 2016's fault or that of its suppliers because:
a. The act or omission is attributable to the Delegate or a member of its party;
b. The act or omission is attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the services to be provided to the Delegate and is unforeseeable or unavoidable; c. The act or omission is due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond SIAGUEST 2016's control including (but not limited to) war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire and adverse weather conditions or of an event which could not be foreseen or prevented even with all due care; d. the Delegate is urged to adequately insure their exhibits, personal effects and other equipment for which they hereby acknowledge they are entirely responsible.
9. Unpredictable events
SIAGUEST 2016, its agents, its employees, the Venue owner and its employees shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay resulting from acts of war, hijack, terrorist activity, civil commotion, strikes or lockouts intervention or regulation, military activity or any other circumstances which shall make it impossible or inadvisable for SIAGUEST 2016 to hold the Exhibition at the time and place provided. SIAGUEST 2016 reserves the right to re-schedule the Exhibition at another date and/or at an alternative site. Furthermore, SIAGUEST 2016 will not be responsible and will be held harmless should any conflicts or misinterpretations arise with the host country, it's sponsors, agents or other bodies regarding any and all aspects of the Exhibition which may affect the Delegate. The said Delegate acknowledges that SIAGUEST 2016 will sustain damages and losses as a result of the foregoing, and the Trade Visitor hereby waives all claims for damages or compensation that it may have.
10. Delegate’s responsibility
SIAGUEST 2016, its Agents, its Employees, the Venue owner and its employees are not responsible for any loss due to cancellation, abandonment, postponement or curtailment in whole or in part of the Exhibition for causes outside its control. The Delegate is recommended to adequately insure their participation expenses in case of such cancellation etc.
11. Forum Jurisdiction Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by Italian law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Rimini City Forum.
12. Personal data treatment: Personal data will be treated according to d.lgs. 196/03 of the Italian Privacy Law.
