Business meeting with international buyers
The PSA system purpose is to make the attendance in the Exhibition into a more profitable one.
The access is limited to suppliers who have bought a stand.
The exhibitors, after completing the registration form which will be sent starting from the 20th of April, will be able to access to the online diary which will open on the 20th of September.
What happens on the 20th of September?
The exhibitors can start to contact buyers who are beneficial for their business. A very easy search engine will allow to focus on the categories of interest. Buyers will also use the same system and so exhibitors will also receive requests of appointments who they will have to respond until the fulfillment of the online agenda.
Appointments will last approximately 30 minutes each and can be set from the morning of October 13th for 2 scheduled working days:
13th Oct from 10:00 am to 12:00 am 05 appointments
13th Oct from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm 05 appointments
14th Oct from 10:00 am to 12:00 am 05 appointments
14th Oct from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm 05 appointments
15th Oct from 10:00 am to 12:00 am buyers in the show (no appointments)
The pre scheduled appointments will be held at exhibitors booth
The online diary will open on September 20th and will close on October 9th
