Tourism flows are now expressed in digital terms, and we need to know how to navigate through the web maze.
For the usual presentation of new data at TTG Incontri, the Digital Innovation in Tourism Survey of the School of Management of the Polytechnic University of Milan promises an even more detailed examination of the segment. The analysis, currently in progress, will probe the Italian offer, and for the first time will take catering activities into account. There will then be the usual focus on the online activities of travel agents, accommodation structures, business travel platforms and Italian and international start-ups. According to Survey data, 53% of their online activity is focused on ticketing and booking services, attracting 69% of the more than EUR 703 million obtained in funding. TTG Incontri is a partner of the initiative along with other leading industry players.
